Emily Lin-Mei

Emily Lin-Mei Crawford is a Toronto based creative who completed her Bachelor of Fine Arts at The University of Western Ontario. She continued to expand her knowledge of print-based arts by learning about paper making at Paperhouse Studio and continuing her practice of lithography at Open Studio. Her love of printmaking has led to a completion of an artist residency at Spark Box Studio. She is interested in the potentials of spontaneity and intuition inherent in the mediums of printmaking and drawing. Much of her exploration relates to individual experiences surrounding identity and finding space(s) to create relational connections. Emily is excited to see where her ideas take her by branching into new media, where she is currently completing a digital media certificate at OCAD University.
